I've been at Starbucks for 3 hours today and for fun (and to distract me from the schoolwork I came to do), I decided to count the number and type of phones I saw people use.

All other phones: 4 (1 of those mine)

I LOVE The Matrix series. It's great sci-fi, and the 1st movie is possibly my favorite movie of all time. I was surfing the internet a few days ago and I came across some interesting facts about its casting.
The character of Trinity was offered to Sandra Bullock. Yep.
The character of Morpheus was offered to Sean Connery. This could have been interesting, but I like Laurence Fishburne better.
Most importantly, the character of Neo was almost ruined when it was offered to Will Smith. SERIOUSLY? Will Smith!? Thank goodness he declined; another Independence Day character would have totally changed the movie. I thought Keanu Reeves was great, but Will Smith would have been horrible with his cocky and annoying attitude.
So anyway, I just thought I would share those tidbits about The Matrix series. The movies are amazing, definitely made better by its great final casting.
So yep, this is my first post in my blog. I don't really have anything profound to say, so I'm just going to post one of my favorite parody youtube videos. FTR, it does have one swear word, but it definitely is worth the watch if you enjoy Star Wars, Star Trek, or any other sci-fi series.
